【關於海外出貨 / International Shipping Notice】

1. 配送方法 / Shipping Method

海外配送會透過EMS或大和國際宅急便寄送。
即使您享有免運服務，配送業者仍將由本店指定。
配送天數會因國家/地區而異。

International shipments are sent via EMS or Yamato International Parcel Service.
Even if free shipping is applied, the shipping carrier will be selected by our store.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

2. 關稅・進口稅 / Customs Duties & Import Taxes

海外配送產生的關稅、進口稅、通關手續費等費用，將由顧客自行負擔。
稅額和課稅標準會因各國規定而異。
本店不提供關稅金額的事前告知或代墊服務。

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Tax amounts and regulations vary by country.
We do not estimate or prepay customs charges on behalf of customers.

3. 關於顏色 / About Color

網頁上的色卡可能與實際顏色略有差異。
即使是相同的色號，也可能因生產批次不同而產生些微色差。

Colors on our online color charts may differ slightly from the actual product.
Even with the same color number, slight variations may occur due to differences between production lots.

4. 關於庫存 / Stock Availability

由於本店與實體店面共享庫存，因此在訂單完成後可能會發生缺貨情況。
若發生缺貨，我們將會儘速與您聯繫並處理。

Our online store shares inventory with our physical retail store.
Therefore, an item may become out of stock after your order has been placed.
If this occurs, we will contact you promptly regarding the next steps.

5. 退貨・換貨 / Returns & Exchanges

由於商品特性，恕不接受因顧客個人因素的退貨或換貨。
僅限於本店原因（誤寄、瑕疵品），請在商品送達後7天內與我們聯繫。
只有在收到明顯顏色不符的線材或瑕疵品時，我們才會提供換貨或全額退款。
海外退換貨所產生的運費、關稅、進口稅可能需由顧客自行負擔。
海外退貨可能需要較長的時間。

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
Returns or exchanges for our error (wrong shipment or defective items) are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Only in cases of clearly incorrect or defective items, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
For international returns or exchanges, any shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes may be the responsibility of the customer.
Returning items from overseas may take additional time for shipping and customs clearance.
