International shipments are sent via EMS or Yamato International Parcel Service.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and may be affected by customs clearance or transportation conditions.

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged when the package arrives in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Colors shown on our website may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your screen settings.

Although we carefully control color during production, slight variations may occur between production lots even for the same color number.

For accurate color reference, we recommend confirming the color using the official color chart.

Our online store shares inventory with our physical retail store.

Therefore, an item may become out of stock after your order has been placed.

If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding the next steps.
