- Free shipping for purchases of 7,700 yen (tax included) or more
- This service is exclusive to our online shop
- Not applicable to Hokkaido and Okinawa prefectures
- For free shipping, the delivery company will be chosen by us. Customers cannot specify a carrier.
📬 Mail Service (Nekopos, etc.)
- Applicable for orders of 20 cigarette rolls or less: Flat rate of 440 yen (tax included)
- If the size exceeds the standard, regular express shipping fees will apply.
- Cash on delivery and time-of-day delivery are not available for mail service.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
※ Available for deliveries within Japan only.
This is a payment method where you pay directly to the delivery driver (Yamato Transport) upon receipt of your order.
The cash on delivery fee (tax included) will be borne by the customer.

🧭 Regarding Receipts
When using cash on delivery, the receipt issued by the delivery company will serve as your official receipt.
We are unable to issue a separate receipt, so please keep it in a safe place.

International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) or Yamato International Express.
