This guide explains how to use our online shop.
Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. About Our Products

About Colors

The color samples on the website may differ slightly from the actual colors.
At Angel King, we produce color sample books for each product type. Please check the color in the sample book when ordering.

Although we check the color during manufacturing, there may be slight color differences between production lots even for the same color number.

About Intended Use

This product is primarily industrial sewing machine embroidery thread.
It may not be suitable depending on your sewing machine or intended use.

2. About Stock

Since we share inventory between our physical store and online shop, items may be out of stock after your order is completed.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly and arrange a resolution.

3. How to Order and Pay

Available payment methods:

・Credit card
・Bank transfer
・QR code payment
・Cash on delivery

※Bank transfer fees and cash-on-delivery fees are borne by the customer.

4. About Shipping

Orders are primarily shipped via Yamato Transport.

For bank transfers and QR code payments:
Ships within 3 business days from the day after payment confirmation.

For credit card and cash-on-delivery payments:
Ships within 3 business days from the day after the order date.

※Delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.

5. About Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by region.
Please refer to the shipping fee list for details.

Free shipping for orders over ¥7,700 (domestic only)

※Excludes Hokkaido and Okinawa

6. About Mail Service

Orders of up to 20 cigarette-wound spools
can be shipped via Yamato Mail Service (440 yen nationwide).

※Date/time specification and cash on delivery are not available.

7. About Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

We will only respond to cases of our incorrect delivery or defective products.

Please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival.

8. About International Shipping

International shipments are delivered via EMS or Yamato International Ta-Q-Bin.

Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are borne by the customer.
